A Dangerous Prayer

Take the challenge to pray this prayer each day leading up to Easter as you work through the questions in this study guide. Write in your journal or discuss with your family how God speaks to you as you pray. Also take some time to consider why Jesus uses the plural “our” and “us” instead of “my” and “me”? How would “our” lives change if we prayed this prayer together?”

Renovate(Email)“Our Father in heaven,

hallowed be your name,

your kingdom come,

your will be done,

on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us today our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts,

as we also have forgiven our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation,

but deliver us from the evil one.”
